What are the different libraries in Naro?

This article defines Naro's content libraries and when to use them

Updated over 2 months ago

Naro includes three content libraries that organize materials based on how and where they can be used:

Shareable Content Library

This library contains all materials that can be shared externally — with customers, prospects, or on public platforms like LinkedIn or your website. These assets are approved for external use and do not include confidential or customer-specific information.

Examples: Case studies, Product one-pagers, Blog posts or social content, Sales decks meant for customer use

Internal Content Library

This library holds internal-only materials meant to help your team but never shared outside the company. These resources often include proprietary or strategic information.

Examples: Pricing guides, Battle cards, Positioning documents, Internal FAQs or playbooks

Admin Content Library

The Admin Library is only available to Admins and Content Managers. It stores behind-the-scenes materials that shape content and messaging but aren’t used directly in the sales cycle.

Examples: Brand and style guides, Messaging frameworks in progress, Notes or working drafts on new product positioning, Example tone or writing styles
