Each piece of content in Naro can be marked with three different toggles that control how it’s used and shared.
Shared: Indicates whether a piece of content is visible to others in your company or private to you. When Shared is turned on, the content appears in the library for other users to view and use. When Shared is turned off, only the person who uploaded the content can see it.
Verified: Can only be set by Content Managers or Admins. Verified marks a piece of content as approved and usable in Naro Answers. Verified content can be pulled into answers when someone asks Naro Answers a question.
You might not want to verify:
Personal snippets that sellers use in their own outreach
Old blog posts or outdated content
Any material that should remain visible but not surfaced automatically in Answers responses
Recommended: Controls whether a piece of content can be proactively recommended by Naro after a call or within the email-recommendation workflow. When Recommended is turned on, Naro can automatically suggest the content as a good follow-up to send. When Recommended is off, the content can still be shared manually — it just won’t appear in automated recommendations.
