There are several ways to add content to Naro, depending on where your content lives and how you prefer to manage it.
Option 1: Automatically ingest content from your website via Sitemap
If you want Naro to automatically bring in all public content from your website:
Go to Settings → Content Sources → Sitemaps.
Click Add Sitemap.
Paste in your sitemap URL (you can add multiple).
Choose which Library the sitemap content should go to (most commonly, the Shareable Library).
Once connected, Naro will automatically ingest new content from that sitemap and keep it up to date.
If you want to exclude any links from your sitemap, you can do so in the review flow (see review flow articles for help).
Option 2: Add content directly from within the Library
Go to the Library where you want to add the content.
Click the large red Add button in the top right corner.
Choose to upload a file, add a URL, or create a snippet directly.
Option 3: Add content from Google Drive or SharePoint sync
You can connect your company’s cloud storage to easily import and sync content.
Go to Settings → Content Sources → Google Drive or SharePoint.
Navigate to the library where you want to bring in content from your cloud storage.
Click the large red Add button in the top right corner.
Connect an individual file, an entire folder, or both - the option will appear in the drop down.
Once connected, those files or folders will automatically appear in Naro.
Option 4: Add content using the Naro Extension
The Naro browser extension lets you capture and add content directly from anywhere online.
Click the big red plus button in the bottom right corner of the extension.
Choose one of the options:
URL: Add manually or let Naro auto-fill the webpage you’re on.
Snippet: Save a text snippet directly.
File: Upload a file from your computer.
Your selected content will be added to the Shareable library.
