What is a snippet?

Updated over 2 months ago

A snippet is a short piece of reusable language that you can save in Naro. Snippets make it easy for sellers and marketers to quickly access and reuse key messaging or knowledge without searching through full documents or decks.

Common examples of snippets:

  • Your company elevator pitch β€” a short description of what your company does, perfect for quick emails or conversations.

  • A sales email template that includes links to key resources and the language surrounding those links.

  • A personal follow-up message that a seller frequently sends after calls or demos.

Snippets can include both text and references to other content pieces, such as case studies or videos, making them great for combining multiple assets into a single, ready-to-send message.

Like all content in Naro, snippets can be personal (private to a user) or shared across the company for everyone to access.
