Yes, you can bulk update content in Naro. This feature allows you to efficiently apply changes to multiple pieces of content at once.
How to bulk update content:
Navigate to the Library that contains the content you want to update.
On the left-hand side, select multiple pieces of content using the checkboxes.
Once multiple items are selected, the Bulk Update option will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Bulk Update to open your editing options.
What you can update:
Tags:
Adding tags will append new tags to the selected content.
It will not replace existing tags.
Type:
Updates the content type (e.g., Presentation, Case Study, Snippet) for all selected items to the new type you select.
This will override existing content types.
Toggles:
Includes Shared, Verified, and Recommendable toggles.
If you leave a toggle untouched, Naro will keep each item’s current setting.
If you turn a toggle on, all selected content will have that setting enabled.
To turn a setting off for all items, first toggle it on, then off — this tells Naro to apply the “off” state across all selected items.
Bulk delete:
You can also bulk delete content in a similar way. Multi-select the items you want to remove. Click Delete instead of Bulk Update.
Use this feature to clean up outdated materials or apply consistent tags and settings across your content quickly.
