What types of Review Flows exist in Naro?

Updated over 2 months ago

There are five types of Review Flows you can enable, each serving a unique purpose:

New Content

  • Shows all new content recently added to Naro.

  • Reviewing this content is optional — it’s already available in the library.

  • This flow gives Admins and Content Managers an easy way to see what’s been added and determine if anything should be edited, updated, or removed.

Cloud Storage Update

  • Displays files that have been updated in connected Google Drive or SharePoint folders but have not yet been synced to Naro.

  • You can click Sync directly from the flow to update the file in Naro.

Unshared Content

  • Highlights pieces of content that have been uploaded but not shared across the company.

  • Useful for identifying content — like snippets or internal documents — that could be beneficial to share with others.

Removed from Folder

  • Appears when a file is deleted from your connected cloud storage folder but still exists in Naro.

  • This lets Admins or Content Managers decide whether to remove it from Naro or keep it for internal reference.

No Activity

  • Surfaces any content that has not been viewed, shared, or used within a defined period of time (e.g., 90 or 365 days).

  • Once you clear an item from this flow, its timer resets — it won’t appear again until the designated period passes again.
