How do I configure or customize my Review Flows?

You can adjust which review flows are active and how they behave in Review Flow Settings.

  1. Open any Review Flow.

  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

  3. In the Review Flow Settings, you can:

    • Toggle flows on or off (e.g., disable No Activity if you don’t need it).

    • Set the inactivity period for the No Activity flow (e.g., 30, 90, or 365 days).

These settings apply independently to each library — so you can have different review configurations for the Shareable and Internal libraries.
