When you clear an item from a Review Flow:
It is removed from the list of pending reviews.
For No Activity flows, the timer resets — meaning it will not appear again until the inactivity period passes again.
For other flows (e.g., Cloud Storage Update), clearing simply marks it as reviewed and up to date.
Clearing items does not delete content from Naro. It only removes them from your pending review queue.
