What is a collection?

A collection is a group of content that you can save together and quickly access with a single click. Collections make it easy to organize and revisit frequently used sets of materials.

Examples of how to use collections:

  • Save all blog posts on a specific topic into one collection for quick access.

  • Create a collection of all materials tagged Q1 Planning to help your team easily find campaign assets.

  • Build curated groups of internal or shareable materials that sellers need to access often.

Collections can be accessed in two ways:

  • From the Collections tab in the side panel.

  • By pinning them to the home screen so they’re visible and easily accessible.

  • Only Admin or Content Managers can pin collections to the home screen.

You can create collections for both the Internal Library and the Shareable Library, but each collection is unique to its library — they don’t overlap.

In short, a collection is simply a saved group of content you can organize and reuse easily.
