To add a new tag in the Tag Manager:
Go to Settings → Account → Tag Manager.
Click the large red Add Tag button.
Choose a Category (such as Product, Competitor, Industry, or Persona).
Enter the Tag Name.
Click Save.
Each tag has two components:
A Category – the broader grouping (e.g., Competitors, Products, Industries).
A Tag Name – the specific tag within that category (e.g., Salesforce, SMB, Healthcare).
