Integrations allow Naro to connect with the tools you already use for meetings, content management, communication, and CRM. These are all found under Settings → Account → Integrations.
Each integration type works a bit differently:
Meeting Integrations
Used to bring in your call transcripts and call logs.
Only one meeting integration can be active at a time.
We directly support Gong, Chorus, Fireflies, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Other call intelligence tools that can be added via Zapier connection.
Requires setup by your system admin, who can connect your company’s instance.
Once connected, all users in Naro will automatically benefit from the integration.
Cloud Storage Integrations
Supports Google Drive or Microsoft SharePoint.
Only one storage provider can be used company-wide (everyone must use the same one).
Each individual user must connect their own account if they want to add or manage content.
Users who don’t upload or manage content don’t need to connect.
Slack Integration
Integrated at the company level — once connected, all users can access it.
Allows you to use Naro Answers directly inside Slack by asking natural language questions.
Email Integrations
Supports Gmail or Microsoft Outlook.
Only one email platform can be connected company-wide.
Individual users must connect their account to:
Receive content recommendations directly in their email.
Enable link tracking and analytics for shared content.
CRM Integrations
Currently only Salesforce is supported.
Enables tighter alignment between Naro content and your CRM data, helping track content engagement by opportunity or account when using the agent or filtering call data.
