Context Settings help Naro better understand your company, its terminology, and its products — improving the accuracy of AI responses and content recommendations.
There are two categories within Context Settings:
1. General Context
Used to add general information about your company that you want Naro to be aware of.
This can include company background, markets served, and other relevant organizational details.
Naro uses this information when surfacing content, answering questions, and performing AI-driven tasks.
2. Glossary Context
A place to define acronyms, terms, and products specific to your company or industry.
For example, you can define what internal shorthand like ARR, ICP, or specific product nicknames mean.
This helps Naro interpret internal language accurately and apply it consistently across answers and content insights.
Together, these context settings allow you to customize how Naro understands and interacts with your organization’s knowledge base.
