When you click into any meeting, you’ll be taken to the Meeting Details view, which includes key insights, transcript access, and automated follow-up support.
At the top of the page, you’ll see:
Meeting Title
Date of the Call
List of Participants
Below that, you’ll find three tabs:
1. Topics Tab
Breaks down the meeting into distinct topics.
Includes short descriptions summarizing what was discussed in each section.
2. Insights Tab
Offers a summarized view similar to what you’d see in your Call Intelligence Tool.

Call Summary
Next Steps
Questions Asked and Answered
Unanswered Questions
Objections Raised
Participants and Roles
Products Mentioned
Key Topics
3. Transcript Tab
Displays the full call transcript.
Includes a search bar so you can quickly find specific phrases, names, or topics within the call.
