What details are available inside a meeting?

When you click into any meeting, you’ll be taken to the Meeting Details view, which includes key insights, transcript access, and automated follow-up support.

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • Meeting Title

  • Date of the Call

  • List of Participants

Below that, you’ll find three tabs:

1. Topics Tab

  • Breaks down the meeting into distinct topics.

  • Includes short descriptions summarizing what was discussed in each section.

2. Insights Tab

  • Offers a summarized view similar to what you’d see in your Call Intelligence Tool.

  • Includes:

    • Call Summary

    • Next Steps

    • Questions Asked and Answered

    • Unanswered Questions

    • Objections Raised

    • Participants and Roles

    • Products Mentioned

    • Key Topics

3. Transcript Tab

  • Displays the full call transcript.

  • Includes a search bar so you can quickly find specific phrases, names, or topics within the call.
