Only Admins and Content Managers can:
Add or update slide templates.
Sync or delete template folders.
Create or modify Deck Builder Tags.
Standard users can view and use templates in Deck Builder but cannot edit or upload new ones.
Who can manage Templates and Deck Builder Tags?
