The Account Engagement Metrics tab focuses on how external accounts engage with the content sent to them.
βοΈ Note: These metrics only populate if users have connected their email integrations (Gmail or Outlook). Without email integration, Naro cannot track engagement activity.
This dashboard shows:
Which accounts have been sent content.
Which individuals received the content.
Whether the content was clicked or viewed.
Engagement Rate β the percentage of sent content that has been opened at least once.
The table view breaks down data by:
Account Name
Associated Content
Engagement Details (sent, viewed, clicked)
If content is sent to multiple recipients at an account in a single email, Naro can detect that someone clicked or viewed the content but cannot identify which individual engaged β this is a technical limitation common to all link-tracking systems.
This view gives teams a clear picture of which accounts are most active and where follow-ups might be needed.
